Ray Cole
Ray has worked in the fire sprinkler industry for over 30
years. Bringing knowledge and experience to every job
site.
In 1993, Ray started his own company and grew that company over 17 years to 100+ employees.
After a life changing event, Ray moved back to his home state of Florida in 2012. He worked as an estimator and project manager for a large company located in Clearwater Florida.
In 2017, he was approached by a previous employer to start a new office in Largo Florida. After several years and the retirement of the employer, Ray teamed up with Sean Suggs in 2021 and purchased Titan Fire Systems, LLC, which is now Titan Fire Protection, Inc.

Sean Suggs
Sean Suggs has been in the fire sprinkler industry for just
over 15 years. Sean started in the industry 2008, he
attended and completed his 4 year apprenticeship through
F.A.S.T in 2013 working his way from an apprentice in the
field to Service Assistant Manager in 2014.
When Sean became superintendent in 2015, he moved to Tampa to assist Ray with the operations in the Largo branch. As the company grew, he took on the role of Project manager.
In 2021, Sean obtained his Fire Protection Contractor license. January 2022 the previous owners of Titan Fire Systems LLC, invited Sean and Ray to purchase the company and continue the operations while they headed into retirement.
Sean’s hard work and dedication comes to prove that growth with our company is possible and limitless.
